Dr. Mark H. Maloney is President, Eastern Division, Eurest Dining Services USA, a member of Compass Group North America. He is responsible for five USA regions from Maine to Florida, as well as the Group’s American Express account around the globe. He also leads the Group’s EPQ (Efficiency, Productivity, Quality) Team and Small Store Solution for the B&I Sector. Prior to his current role, Mark was Senior Vice President, National Accounts.
Mark is a graduate of Virgina Polytechnic Institue & State University (BS Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management) and Seton Hall University (MBA (Finance/Marketing)) and he has more than 25 years of business management experience, specializing in food service operations and management.
Mark also serves as a board member of the Community Foodbank of New Jersey, the Children’s Miracle Network and the Pamplin Advisory Council for Virginia Tech.
