The Reverend Dr Inguruwatte Sumangala Thero is Ambassador for the South Asian Academy for Good Governance (SAAGG) and the Global University for Lifelong Learning in Sri Lanka.

Lifelong learning enables us to explore new dimensions and to advance our understanding of the world through experience and reflection. If we are to find our purpose in life, we need to expand our horizons and knowledge and by encouraging a lifelong learning process we can all achieve this objective. I am committed to this system for human development and to the work of SAAGG-GULL in Sri Lanka.
