Ms Murinn Victoria is Ambassador for the South Asian Academy for Good Governance (SAAGG) and the Global University for Lifelong Learning in Sri Lanka.
Affirmation of support for GULL
Although the rural poor are skilled in many ways, they typically have few qualifications and so the opportunity to work towards an academic degree is a dream that cannot be achieved. SAAGG-GULL is addressing this iniquity by enabling those who are committed to personal and professional development by action learning and to serving others to progress. I am grateful that SAAGG-GULL enabled me to attain a community-based professional Bachelor degre and the process has equipped me to better serve my community and to do so with greater self-confidence and assurance.
