Affirmation of support for GULL

I am passionately committed to action learning as a means of transforming the workplace – for the benefit of guests and staff. I should like every employee to contribute to the ongoing process of development at the resort that additionally provides a strong basis for personal and professional advancement. The GULL system is perfectly suited to workplace learning and I am proud to be a GULL Ambassador. I know that in time, we will expose the entire Caribbean region to work and community-based action learning. To-date, we have graduated three groups of young St Lucians and we are now using the GULL system to support our community outreach program.
