Dr Winston Jacob MBE is National President, India, Global University for Lifelong Learning, based in Bangalore, India.
Winston Jacob has forty years of international experience in management, consulting and human resource development and he is a Fellow of the British, Australian, and Malaysian Institutes of Management and the American Consultants Institute. Winston is also: President of the Friends of the National Library and of the Friends of the Disabled Association; Vice President of the Papua New Guinea Human Resource Institute; a founder member of the PNG Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors. He is a Member of the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance, and the Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management, Canada.
Winston is a Board Member of some 14 organizations and has served as: National Chairman of the Papua New Guinea Red Cross Society, International Commissioner of the Scout Association of Papua New Guinea and Member of the Asia Pacific Region World Scout Bureau Governance Review Task force & Financial Committee. He was recently appointed as an Ambassador of the United Nations Federation of World Peace and Love.
