His Serene Highness Prince Marek Stefan Jan Kasperski

Pince MarekHis Serene Highness Prince Marek Kasperski, Prince of Poland works in multimedia education and has a keen interest in utilizing technology as a means of assisting those who would not otherwise have access to educational opportunity. When he first heard about GULL’s core learning process of action learning, he was reminded of the Confucius saying: “I hear and I forget; I see and I remember; I do and I understand”. This he feels, succinctly sums up the simplicity but brilliance of action learning and he is a strong supporter of GULL’s practical, holistic approach to lifelong learning.

Prince Marek serves the wider community in a variety of roles: He represents His Royal Highness, Prince Davit Bagrationi Mukhran Batonishvili of Georgia as Prior for Australia West and for the Royal Order of the Eagle of Georgia and he is the International Ambassador of the Royal Order of the Noor of Buayan, a fund-raising organization for disadvantaged children in the Sultanate of Buayan.

Prince Marek is a Knight of the Grand Cross of the Order of the Eagle of Georgia and of the Order of the Noor of Buayan and an Officer of the Order of St. Stanislas, the pre-eminent Polish order of chivalry. The primary mission of the Order of St. Stanislas is to raise money for orphanages and the disadvantaged. He is the recipient of the Grand Cross of Royal Confraternity of St. Teotonio, with Justice.

The patron of the Order is His Royal Highness Dom Miguel de Braganca, Duke of Viseu and Infante of Portugal. In November, 2010, the Filipino royal title of Darjah Kerabat – Sultan Akmad Utto Camsa was awarded to Prince Marek by Princess Aizian Utto Camsa.
