Elinor Alexander is Capacity Building Advisor for World Vision International, responsible for the global integration and implementation of World Vision-GULL’s action learning development system.
Elinor holds an MA in Education and is an experienced educator, life coach, community activist and speaker. She is known for creating curricula and educational frameworks that go beyond academic and technical expertise, implementing programs for personal and organizational transformation. Personal development and fulfillment, community and corporate involvement, student and parent empowerment, peer mentoring, and life coaching are hallmarks of her educational frameworks.
As Director of Outreach for Women's Leadership Network and Founder of EducateSuccess, she has mobilized local communities to serve and empower the underserved. Whether she is advising organizational leaders, galvanizing churches for community action, leading rehab programs, organizing local youth groups, coordinating events for special causes, or coaching groups or individuals, her passion for healthy, dynamic communities ignites action.
