The Global University for Lifelong Learning (GULL) is a not-for-profit foundation registered in California, USA. GULL is recognized in perpetuity by the Government of Papua New Guinea & endorsed by other Governments, Leaders & Institutions.
Our goal is to secure Government level endorsement in every Nation where GULL is providing lifelong learning opportunities. This is so that GULL’s global recognition has national identity in the form of a letter of support from an appropriate Government Minister, Deputy Minister or Agency. These are listed together with other endorsements from Leaders and Institutions in date order (commencing with the launch of GULL in October 2007) in the ‘Endorsements’ section. The endorsement formats include: official letters, videographs, speeches and testimonials and items from journals, magazines and newspapers. |
