Affirmation of support for GULL

I am a firm believer in the process of action learning and its vital role in workplace and community development. The self-directed approach advocated by Reg Revans is deeply rooted in GULL’s philosophy and work around the world and I am looking forward to supporting the GULL applications in Hong Kong, especially in community and charitable settings.
