  The entries for all sections of the Quarterly Administrator Report (QAR) should be based on your analysis of Quarterly Facilitator Reports (QFRs) and your discussions at the quarterly review meeting with the representative. Please complete sections 1 and 2 each and every time you submit a QAR. Additionally, please complete section 3 if you have level 5 learners and section 4 when your level 5 learners have completed their external review. If there are ‘issues to address’ please briefly comment on the corrective action needed in the text box that appears. Thank you.
