I can foresee many opportunities to deploy the GULL system in support of community development in Hong Kong and throughout China. Given the scale of the development challenge, there is considerable interest in the process of action learning as a way of facilitating wider access to lifelong learning. I am delighted to hear of the expressions of interest from Chinese Government representatives and in response, we are planning to extend the scope of GULL’s work.
