Lee Bailey

I am a passionate advocate for GULL in Jamacia because I believe that it’s action learning system can provide hope and opportunity for all Jamaicans. I have seen the benefits of action learning for the tourism both in my own company and across the sector and I am actively supporting and coaching senior leaders who are beginning their journey with GULL. We are also exploring ways in which access to the GULL system can be extended to the unemployed and more widely to the communities throughout Jamaica. There are no limits to what we can accomplish in the future as more of my colleagues experience the power of action learning for themselves and then pass their experience on to others.
