As a member of the company’s founding team, I am acutely aware of the need to attract talented people and to retain and develop their full potential. My particular focus is to develop young leaders of the future and I firmly believe that the workplace is the best place to learn how to manage people and resources. I am delighted that Sandals Resorts International is using the GULL action learning system and we are seeing tremendous outcomes and future potential for recognizing the ongoing development of all our team members and managers.
