'I feel that my introduction to Dr Richard Teare was truly meant to be. He was visiting the Turks and Caicos Islands assisting with the development of GULL on behalf of Sandals Resorts International when I received an email from a mutual friend in Papua New Guinea, encouraging us to meet. Our meeting lasted for several hours as we discussed GULL initiatives.

We at the Airports Authority were embarking on the development of an action learning based initiative and here Richard was presenting us with what we needed to recognize and certify the efforts of our employees. The timing was perfect and I am delighted that we have now embraced GULL at the Airports Authority. Our longer-term plan is to take GULL to other organizations and to the community throughout the Islands.'
