Samson Lowa

In appreciation of The Reverend Sir Samson Lowa (1949–2020) for his services to the University and his long-standing support for the Personal Viability (PV) system with GULL in Papua New Guinea. Samuel Tam, PV Founder and GULL Regional President, Pacific Islands writes:

In 1995, Samson Lowa’s love and concern for people and his congregation at the Rev Sione Kami Memorial Church prompted him to ask me for assistance in establishing a holistic human development programme. Since then, ‘Personal Viability’ has helped and touched the lives of more than 40,000 people.
