Patricia Hartasanchez

Judith KearneyPatricia Hartasanchez is Network Leader, Latin America, Global University for Lifelong Learning.

Patricia is a specialist in child and adolescent education and development. She has worked in these and related areas for some 38 years and in roles including: training, teaching and learning, curriculum and resource development, quality assurance and monitoring and evaluation. She also has extensive consulting experience as a child and family therapist working with private and public schools and in 2012, she completed her professional doctorate with a focus on Leadership Development.

More recently Patricia worked with one of World Vision International’s (WVI) global teams where she was responsible for developing WVI’s holistic life skills work. She has wide experience of WVI’s specialist applications in Organizational Development and Management, Strategic Models, Capacity Building, Education in Emergencies, and Community Development and has led or facilitated an array of projects with national and multinational corporations and networks.

Patricia’s career is characterized by a blend of national and international work focused on child and adolescent development at the community level. She is the co-founder (with Eduardo Smith) of NeoGaia – an agency that enables her to sustain her passion for inclusion, care, social change and lifelong learning.
